TLC Base is where your programme actually lives once you are on it. When you go through, everything on this page goes with you, so you are not asked the same questions twice.
Delete all of this
This wipes your portal off TLC's server for good: every result on this page, your name and email, and the code that opens it. It goes from our admin records at the same time, so once it is gone there is no copy left anywhere and nobody can put it back, TLC included.

Open your portal
Nothing is kept on this device, so your portal starts closed every time. Put in the 32 character code you were given when you saved, and everything you kept opens up here.
The spaces are only there to make it easier to read, so you can leave them out. If the code is gone, ask us: our team can look your portal up and get you back into it.

That is a perfectly fine way to use the site, and plenty of people never save a thing.

Saving is optional and it is yours to undo. Nothing is stored on this device at all: what you keep is held, encrypted, on our server under your code, and closing this tab closes the portal again. Anyone holding the code can open it, and TLC staff can open it from our admin area, so a portal is private from other people rather than private from us.
